David and Katherine Goodwin

Quite a while ago I posted about the Race for Life, and how I was hoping to run it.

Its coming along next week now, and I shall still be taking part, even though I'm not allowed to run (Although this is not such a problem as I've not had the energy to walk very far in the last few months, let alone run - as my waistline will testify :-/)

Anyway, I'm going to brave the embarrassment of walking the whole damned thing, and do it anyway. I'd like to make it worthwhile by getting a decent amount of sponsorship money. If you want to support me, or Cancer Research generally, please sponsor me!
