Given what you have outlined, there is clearly a shortage of PHP Programmers. I too have had to deal with what you are dealing with. I also know the market will bear $100 an hour for developers. I assume if you were able to bill out $100 an hour for 25 hours a week, you would make more than most top end PHP developer jobs.

Finding quality PHP developers is a whole nother thing. That is a mystery I am trying to unravel also.

There’s a problem with the script as it is listed: in the middle of the script, there are a whole bunch of lines that are missing newlines, and so they’re together in a single line.

Hi David,
Great introductory article
Been looking at wapiti (thanks to your site) for a little while and managed to get it to output results in most cases but sometimed I just get Timeouts on the pages. I looked at using the -n parameter to see if this would help but without success. Is there any chance you could post some examples of using the various parameters that wapiti supports?

3. Edit /etc/inittab and enable ttyS0 for logins.

If you have a brand new ubuntu and lacks of inittab,

– go to /etc/init/

– copy tty1.conf to ttyS0.conf

– edit it to start getty en ttyS0 dev instead of tty1

It’s just common sense
