Some of the plugins for Compiz aren't enabled by default, including the cube desktop and (I think) the wobbly windows.

sudo aptitude install compizconfig-settings-manager

will put a a nice "Advanced Desktop Effects Settings" Options in System - Preferences, where you can turn on the Rotating Cube and Wobby Windows plugins.
