My nose appears to have started it's annual blood letting. This is probably related to the cold weather making me blow my nose more often.
Anyway, while cycling home from work it decided to bleed again, and while waiting to go around the roundabout into Bromsgrove, some kind child in the car in-front gestured at his nose - "Yes, thanks. I had noticed the constant flow of blood - dripping onto my handlebars, frame, light, forks and hands".
Then, I had to stop at a cash point in Bromsgrove town centre, leaving behind a pool of blood (later I ended up literally handing over blood money to Jenny). Perhaps the papers will have a story like "Pool of blood found at cash point, police are looking for a body...."
By the time I arrived home, it was easiest to just push my bike underneath the tap to wash it all off. Kat, as normal was not amused - but she did at least have some really nice peanut butter flavoured milk chocolate which obviously helped stop the bleeding and made everything better.
It was only yesterday when I gave blood to the NHS, in return for some biscuits - today I gave it away for free - and no one wanted it.

Not just any old blood..
Do you honestly think the NHS wants your snot covered blood? Those little green floaters make a mess of some poor sod's veins...
By the way have you never heard of squeezing your nose when it bleeds? Personally I'd have chased after the kid in the car, putting a bloody hand print on the car window in a 70s horror film style to scare the poo out of the little mite.
yes...
But it was blooming cold, and i wanted to get home rather than spending 5-10 minutes on the roadside looking like a wierdo with a rudolf nose.
