And so yet another year passes, and I feel increasingly old and frail.

Thanks to Chris, Sam, Kristabel and Dean, Tom and Claire, David and Jenny and obviously my darling wife Katherine for organising a great night out - as normal we went to Wagamama (where they can't give you the right bill) and then the Glee Club for some late night comedy.

Shame you had to rush off for the taxi at the end, but thanks for a good night out from me and Dean. I don't think I'll be eating out for some time after experiencing the portion sizes at Wagamama though! The comedians got better as the night went on and we particularly liked Terry Alderton who was hilarious! Hope you had a good birthday Dof!

Yes, we did rush off - but then the taxi didn't arrive on time; so we could have stayed to the end after all! Such is life...
